Care instructions
Polyester
All fabrics fade in the sun, so make sure not to put the furniture in direct sunlight. Use a textile spray to impregnate the fabric before you start using it; it will make any dirt or stain easier to remove. Remove stains immediately. Do not rub; instead, try to soak up gently with a cloth. If the stains don’t go away, use a stain remover you first test on a less visible part of the fabric. Make sure never to leave cushions outside when not in use. Store them in a dry place.
Umbrella
To protect the fabric from sun bleaching we always recommend putting on an umbrella cover when it is not being used. The cover should only be used on a dry umbrella, otherwise it can cause mold.
Never leave an umbrella open when it is not in use as it can get caught in the wind and break. You need to be extra careful with hanging parasols as they are more wind sensitive. We always recommend storing your umbrella in a cool and dry space after the season.
The fabric is dirt and water-repellent and can be cleaned by gentle hand washing and drip drying. Furniture foam also works well.

We deliver products in the online store's warehouse in 2-4 business days.
We deliver products from the central warehouse in 8-15 business days.
The delivery time for special-order products varies between 2 and 6 weeks. You can check the exact delivery time for a special-order product with our staff.
When the product you ordered is in our warehouse, you can also postpone the delivery, for example, if you are moving to a new home later.
Is delivery free everywhere in Finland?
Yes. Kaluste Duo delivers all products free to your home throughout mainland Finland.
If you wish, you can select additional delivery services at checkout:
- Bringing inside: €89 (up to 200 km from Helsinki), €149 (200-720 km) or €279 (over 720 km)
- Removal of old furniture for recycling in addition to bringing inside: €50 (up to 720 km from Helsinki) or €120 (over 720 km)
- Assembly service: basic assembly €140, extensive assembly €195 (sofas, display cabinets, chests of drawers, wardrobes, bunk beds)
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes. We deliver to your home, for example, to Åland and Estonia (€99), Sweden (from €99), Denmark, Norway and Germany. For larger orders, delivery is often free. For other European countries, we calculate the shipping price separately.
What payment options do you have? Is interest-free installment payment or payment by invoice available?
We offer interest-free installment payments for up to 36 months with Svea's installment payment.
You can also pay by invoice with a 30-60 day payment term interest-free.
We also offer Klarna payment options.
In addition to Svea, Resurs Bank's interest-free 12-month payment term is available in the store.
All cards are accepted, for example, American Express, Diners Club, Visa and Mastercard. Cash is also accepted, and you can pay for your purchase partly in cash and partly by card.
